CardFlight, the leading SaaS payment technology company, announced today that its signature product, SwipeSimple, is now used by more than 50,000 small businesses across the United States. SwipeSimple makes it easy for merchants to accept payments on the go, in their store, and at their computer. The feature-rich product also provides web-based business management tools for growth and optimization.

Derek Webster, CardFlight Founder and CEO, said:

“At CardFlight, we are building great software that empowers small businesses not only to stay relevant with their customer’s payment needs, but also provide them with easy-to-use tools that can streamline their operations. The number of merchants using SwipeSimple grew over 50% in 2018 due to the rapid expansion across services, retail, and food and drink businesses. This growth is a result of features added by CardFlight that focus on the needs of small businesses and I am looking forward to even more innovation and growth in 2019.

CardFlight works with Merchant Acquirers and Independent Sales Organizations, including 10 of the top 30 US merchant acquirers, to get merchants in every state across the nation started with SwipeSimple.

Alex Boeding, Product Manager for Core Product SMB at Worldpay, which has offered SwipeSimple to small businesses since 2016, said:

“SwipeSimple is an easy to use, reliable technology that we are happy to recommend to our merchants because we know it will support our small business customers on their path to success. We initially offered SwipeSimple to merchants that needed a great mobile point of sale solution, and now we are pleased to be able to offer it also to merchants who need countertop as well as card not present and back-office payment acceptance tools. CardFlight shares our commitment to our customers’ success, and we value their partnership.”

The company will host CardFlight Conference, an industry event centered around small business payments, on April 9-10 in New York. The theme for this year’s conference is “Empowering Small Business…Together”. Attendees will gain new perspectives on the future of payments for small businesses and the growing number of businesses who rely on modern, secure, and easy-to-use electronic payments. Industry professionals can visit the conference site to learn more about the conference agenda and register.

Marla Knutson, CardFlight’s Sr. Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, said:

“CardFlight’s investment in building and growing our phenomenal staff and channel partners directly translates to creating and distributing a superior payment acceptance technology for our merchants to use. I would like to recognize our team’s contribution to the success of our product and I look forward to celebrating this growth with our channel partners in New York this spring.”
