Neha (Neh-ha) Patel, CFA, is the Vice President of Finance at CardFlight.
Since joining CardFlight in 2017, Neha has consistently demonstrated clear and effective communication, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Her work has spanned critical areas of the finance function—including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, headcount strategy, and business operations—where she’s built scalable processes that bring structure and visibility to decision-making across the organization.
Today, Neha leads all financial operations, managing a high-performing team across FP&A, accounting, and business operations. She focuses on aligning financial strategy with business priorities, driving capital planning and event-based analysis, and fostering strong relationships across teams to enable smarter and faster execution.
Before CardFlight, Neha built foundational experience in capital markets and middle-market credit environments, where she gained hands-on exposure to financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and underwriting. These experiences laid the groundwork for her technical depth and ability to evaluate complex business opportunities.
Neha holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Psychology from NYU and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She is passionate about making finance a strategic partner to the business, and her leadership reflects a balance of analytical rigor, operational fluency, and people-first thinking. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her family—and is inspired by her deep-rooted connection to small and family-run businesses.
