Vera Miller is a dynamic business leader with a proven track record of optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences. As Vice President of Operations at CardFlight, she oversees all aspects of customer operations, driving efficiency, satisfaction, and operational excellence. Since joining the company in 2021, she has been instrumental in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Prior to CardFlight, Vera served as Chief Customer Officer at Frontpoint Security, where she transformed the post-sale customer lifecycle. She led initiatives in customer-facing technical support, retention strategies, and supply chain management—delivering measurable cost savings, operational improvements, and increased team productivity.
Earlier in her career, Vera served as Vice President of Global Customer Operations at Rosetta Stone, where she led global post-sale consumer operations across technical support, customer care, and sales. She managed large internal teams and offshore vendors supporting customers in eight languages, and oversaw international operations in France and China post-acquisition, as well as the Online Language Coach organization. Vera implemented KPI frameworks, expanded QA programs, and introduced customer feedback reporting that drove cross-functional improvements. Her leadership resulted in a significant reduction in operating expenses while maintaining high customer satisfaction and successfully integrating multiple acquisitions.
Vera holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from George Mason University.
